Is there a way to double indent or better organise the list of 3 links?

Note that this is without using *list: unordered. I used • and ◦ to manually create the bullets.

The symbol between the inverted commas for the variable {sp} is U+2008 aka Punctuation Space.

If you're embedding the program in a page, you can sandwich the links between two *lists, as text; then use the *classes keyword to apply special CSS to just those three links. This way you can bullet/indent/style them any way you like.
